What Monsters should i train on and how should i try and make money?(Trying to get 100 combat and enough cash for a Halloween Mask)

Ankous - nice monster to train on, drops a lot of good things (???)
Locations:
Stronghold of Security - recommended
Wilderness Volcano - a fine place to train, but only 86 ones r here, rev can go in, but they don't patrol the area. They go in if a player lures it in.

Cockroach Soldiers - A powerful monster living in the depths of the Stronghold of Player Safety. High Hp, high hits, attacks in 2 styles (range and Melee) 11 with range, 8 melee. Drops neat stuff like rune scims, a lot of runes, noted coal, mithril and adamant. They r not aggressive.

Lesser and Greater Demon - Very powerful. Big, strong, but not so strong. the lesser drops the rune med helm, which can be alch for 11k. Greaters drop rune full helm which can be alch for 20k?

Lesser - Melzar's Maze-only 1, doesn't drop anything but ashes and green key (NOT recommended)
Wilderness - highly not recommended because of common rev spawns.

Try to kill greater demons, i hear they drop rune stuff. if you have those rune things already, sell them.

If greaters are too hard or you arent getting good drops, go to Hill giants to get their BBs. You enter from the shack just west of cooking guild by Varrock (you need a brass key). Seems kind of bad, but it adds up... exp adds up too...

Well, combat and moneymaking do not go hand in hand in Free to Play. Your best bet would be to train combat at the fleshcrawlers to get your combat stats up.

To earn your cash, you should try merchanting, mining, fishing or woodcutting. You aren't going to earn over 100k an hour in F2P combat training.

The 2 best ways that i know (and have done for days) are Big Bones, and Cowhides.
2 weeks of doing both have gotten me 45K but I have been wast ing money liike crazy on runes to raise my magic.

Greaters are good they have very high str lvl the thing is they have just about no def and no atk so they dont hit oftin but when they do they hit hard i normally will pick up a 6(full rune 63 def).
Cockroaches are another good path if you want money but the catch is that they have high defense so you dont get as much xp from them.
Btw hill gaints suck for training sure big bones = 336(ish) gp ea and at that shack you are lucky if you can kill 2 a minute that place is always packed!
So it depends i like greaters and you can fight them at the old bounty hunter volcano tat is like 100 steps for the bank so if you stock up on food you should be good.

I am level 71 and i train on cockroach soldiers in the stronghold of safety. they are level 83 and drop 1-30 laws, natures, and even rune sq shield and scimmys. i normally make around 30-60k before my pack of food runs out.

I would go to Anokus, Cockroaches, or Lesser/Greater Demons. There are not many good monster to get money from in F2P. Anokus drop lots of Laws, Adamant Arrows, Noted Ess, etc. Cockroaches drop Rune Scimitars, Mithril ore, etc. Lesser Demons drop Rune Med Helms, lots of money, etc. Greater Demons drop many Rune items.

I would try lesser demons at your level. They also hand out some good expirience.

i trained on lessers since level 55 (very carefully with plenty of food) and now im CB level 75. i usually trained on them at Karamja either in the volcano or on top of it. yes theres no bank near there except for the karamja one all the way back near the pier but thats ok. i still train on them primarily when i do train my combat skills.

Level 28 hobgoblins just west of the crafting guild or in edgeville duengeon the sometimes drop limpwurt roots which sell for about 2k each

on average the decent choice would be Hill Giants for there drops of 600GP for there bones... but the XP is more worth it so i would go train on lesser Demons and pray for the Rune Med Helm drop

You can buy lots of willow logs in the lowest price then sell them in the highest price, and you can raise your melee until they get bought then sold.
