1. I want to get Premier Club membership but don't want to cancel my existing subscription agreement. Can I do that?

Yes. Paying for Premier Club when you already have an agreement simply pushes back your next rebill date to the end of your Premier Club membership. Once it's finished, your old agreement will take over.

2. What happens to my subscription with the Premier club membership?

For Credit Card or PayPal subscriptions, the regular payments will be stopped. Your new membership will be added to your account, and you won’t be billed until you have less than 3 days of members access remaining. However, any Boku subscriptions will continue to bill you on the same day of every month, until it is cancelled. All membership purchased will stack up on your account, and can be used up to when it expires.

3. Why has the price of Premier Club risen this year?

4. I have a loyalty rate which means I pay less for my membership – can I have a loyalty discount on these Premier Club packages?

Premier club has one set price across all accounts, so loyalty rates do not apply to these packages.

5. I bought Premier Club membership, but have changed my mind/don't have time to play. Can I have a refund?

Sorry to hear that. We can only offer refunds within the terms of our refund policy. There's a ton of really exciting RuneScape content planned for 2016. 6. Can I pay with Bonds?

Certainly - redeem them for your Premier Club membership through the in-game interface.

7. I bought Bronze/Silver tier, but now I want to upgrade. Can I do that?

8. What do I get for the Pre-Paid Card Promotional Items – 2016 section?

For any card promotions that are run in 2016 and give an exclusive in-game item, Premier Club members will receive the items automatically. This is not a guarantee of card promotions being run.

9. What is the Premier Club raffle prize?

Once a month, Premier Club members will be given the opportunity to enter a raffle for epic real-life prizes, made similarly to the RuneScape Godswords won at RuneFest. You can enter this via the Premier Club forums.

10. Why am I getting 4 spins a day?

Players who purchased Gold packages last year may have a short overlap of spin bonuses, resulting in an extra spin from the old package and another extra spin from the new one. This will end when your last membership package expires, and you’ll go back to 3 spins until this Premier Club package expires.

11. I can’t find my new items, where are they?

The Teleport animation, Mahjarrat outfit and RuneScape swords are available in your F2 menu. The Pet can be summoned from the F1 menu, and the emotes are unlocked in your normal emote interface. The Aura can be claimed from Xuan in Burthorpe or Varrock.

12. I’m trying to find the VIP world for my language but it’s not there!

As with previous iterations of Premier Club, the VIP world will be an English-speaking one with no VIP worlds available in other languages. That said, you are most welcome to log into to the VIP world, regardless of where you are from.

13. I can’t access the Premier Club forum!

The Premier Club forum is only available to our Gold Premier Club Members. Visit our Premier Club page before the 1st Feb to upgrade, or to purchase Gold Membership. If you have Gold Premier membership, please head to this THREAD to sign up for the forum.
