Runescape account status

When you first open the Account Status section you will see this screen. It provides meters which track the seriousness of any bans and mutes that may have been applied, as well as listing each offence, with links to view evidence.

The slider and highlight indicates how close you are to a ban or mute respectively. At the yellow stage offences will have earned you a short term ban or mute. At the red stage you are close to or have received a permanent (pending appeal) ban or mute.

If you have any offences recorded against your account they will be shown similarly to the sample offence, with the appropriate information.

Evidence Screen

Assuming you accept this disclaimer, you will taken to a screen similar to that on the left. The information in the light-type will be adjusted according to the exact offence incurred. For example 'Details' might be replaced by a comment from a Jagex Moderator. For reports involving in-game chat it may also contained a limited chat log of the conversation as received by Jagex.
